HVAC Recycle (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the HVAC Recycle mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure experience when you use our App to manage industrial recycling, equipment logistics, and materials trading.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove your account, profile data, and related identifiers from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is legally mandated (e.g., historical tax, corporate auditing, or state scrap metal licensing compliance).
6. Children’s Privacy
Our App is intended strictly for commercial and industrial users and does not target or knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
